The start of Speak Yourself Concert is really nothing I have seen before! It was so awesome, I got goosebumps just watching the streams. I mean flying, bubbles, fireworks….. I am so jealous that I am starting to do a mental bucket list that the opening tour is a-must-watch.

I was at the church coz it was Sunday morning, my time. I didn’t get much but I finally got to stream on Monday. And, my oh my oh my oh my….

I skipped the first session because of bad streaming signal but apparently the stage set up was just magnificent. The boys kicked off with Dionysus with like, two giant cats. How on earth you shipped those things to US??? Or, they made it in the US???

Either way, I saw the clip and they were amazing. There were some changes on the choreography to prevent from injuries. Thank God!

The set list changes a lot. The boys did a set of Dionysus – NOT TODAY (my anthem) – WINGS. These three are adrenaline pumping songs so it is suffice to say that the boys hit with bang!

I couldn’t see Just Dance, but I feel like that the setting was changed but also musical composition. It was also the same with Seesaw. Yoongi had different choreography compare to LYS. And, the music arrangement was also different. It does not sound similar to the album and I think he also did some adjustment with his voice. He still have that beautiful smile. If Yoongi smiles, the world is a better place 🙂

J-Hope, I am sorry, the streaming was cut off but I do hear the chant of your name. It was loud, so loud. I mean I was Rose Bowl is a lot bigger than Rajamanggala. You must be very proud of ARMYs.

The highlight : JUNGKOOK WAS FREAKING FLYING ABOVE THE STADIUM WHILE SINGING EUPHORIA!!!

I don’t have the video but always look up on twitter. I think whole ARMY was collapsing seeing ‘baby bunny’ flying in strings above their heads. I honestly freaking out and hoping that those wires are safe!!!! But, ARMYs will catch him, right?! Oh God, my motherly instinct always kicks in when it comes to Jungkook.

I know he has no fear of heights compare to his brother. But, still………… He must have dreamed about this for a long time….. Accckhhhhh what did BBMA and Grammy did to baby bunny.

I missed Namjoon’s Love, but it was said that he pointed out his finger and showed holographic love, which is beautiful. I wonder if that was his idea. That must have been expensive. The visual of the large screens are much better. I mean you feel like watching a music video. And, of course the boys’ visuals are always on point.

Jimin, I think, was indeed inside of the bubble. In BKK, he just sang and danced, but it seemed like the creativity jumps out. They have bubbles but you really cannot see it during LYT and it was raining. At Rose Bowl, they were like WE GAVE YOU HUGE BUBBLE AND PUT JIMIN INSIDE! Oh, side note, he did have a tattoo (?) I never consider him as a tattoo guy, body painting may be, but not tattoo. Yoongi was against the idea of piercing the body like that.

Ah, Taehyung started off from bed. I think he was trying to live up to Singularity’s music video witwh him in bed. I couldn’t really see them all coz of bad streaming.

Maybe I should purchase for Wembley but the show will start at 1am, while my area is not actually signal-friendly. Will be thinking about this later.

After the solos, they actually set up this giant inflated park (?!) I have no idea what it meant coz they’re using for Anpanman and it was so weird to watch the boys play the inflated set up by themselves. If there were kids, I think children would just run into stage and play.

But, it was good for cameras and the ‘aaaawwwwwww’ coz they’re to enjoy themselves like kids. I do hope no one get hurt. Anpanman usually just them goofing around with each other. I think it was supposed to be relax choreography, but the boys were too chaotic so they usually skip the dance.

The last two songs were Make It Right and Mikrokosmos. For Rose Bowl, Namjon and the boys trying to connect the ending by asking ARMY to light their cellphones coz they’re the lights. It was beautiful. I think Namjoon was holding his tears watching all ARMYs in front of him. Jimin did. Because, Rose Bowl, I have to admit, was so energized, so supportive, and so lit.

Some of ARMYs said that they were diverse audience on the second day. We even got Jonas Brothers and Khalid which are so great. But, Rose Bowl is special, even for me. I mean there were so many fireworks, so many confetties. And, ARMYs really screaming and dancing and just enjoying the performances.

Namjoon was carried away but his endingment was the truth, that BTS is now ARMY and ARMY is BTS. I mean BTS from that stage thinking ‘Wow’. How can so many people, thousands love them so much, the seven of them. I bet that what was their thinking. Coz I felt it, that I am a fans of ARMY when I watched them at BKK Concert. They were amazing. The energy. The passion.

It’s true that Bangtan gives the best of the best but the ones that came all the way to watch them are also special. They made the best memories, for me, at the concert.

That’s my take for the first concerts of many concerts. Next stop is Soldier Field. I don’t know how they gonna top Rose Bowl. But, seeing the new setting, I am sure they’re up for the challenge.
