BTS Mania

I don’t know how to react to this but Late Show with Stephen Colbert just crowned the boys as equal as The Beatles, the iconic British band in the 1960s, as Bangtan performed at the Ed Sullivan. The first time in 50 years for a boy band, after the Beatles. Check this skit here :

They really put up special skit for the boys, from the introduction even the details of the drum using the same font as The Beatles. It’s not like only one performance then they’re out. The audience and extras are also supportive, exaggerating but they nailed it. Apparently, there are only a dozen of ARMY attending the show, so it’s legit for general public.

Stephen sat down with the boys and they really throwing each other’s jokes hahahaha…. I love the interaction and shout out to Colbert to actually wanting to joke around. He asked legit questions but the boys really cracked him too…. I mean they’re also boys with fun. Check out their answers when asked where they’ll be in 10 years :

And, their performance, as per usual, don’t disappoint. Even with less ARMYs, they really serves the moves and performance in Black and White. It’s a different gesture from their usual pink styles, but I’ll go for it. Kudos for Late Show with Stephen Colbert for the homage to the Beatles. Yes, there’ll be rejection and, of course, those casual racism dedication, but the boys know how to dodge it….

Meanwhile, ARMY and me, of course, be concentrating on the cute one, the cute one, the cute one, the cute one, the cute one, the cute one, and…. the CUTE ONE.

BTS is FUN in LA

Simple things are happiness. With packed schedules and eyes over every steps of your way, I wonder how the boys can manage sneak something of their own personality and have fun.

Fortunately, they have that positive support system to buffer the effects of being overwhelm being the biggest band in the world.

Each of them showed that they’re having fun, in their own ways, in LA after their successfully kicked off their Speak Yourself Tour in Rose Bowl, Pasadena, LA.

Jin being Jin went to amusement park. Screaming is really his thing and being such carefree soul is something I admire from him. Roller coaster rides can ease off tensions. PS : he got a shout-out from Looney Tunes ^_^

The second eldest, Yoongi, posted a video of Boy With Luv playing in the radio on his way to watch ‘End Game’. I knew they’ll be Marvel enthusiasts. Afterwards, he stopped by, casually, to LA Dodgers to support Ry Hyun Jin, a south korean pitcher. Their interaction was recorded and both really so humble. Yoongi looked glowing, maybe he’s a fans of Ryu for so long. The stadion was also supportive by calling him by his real name, instead of his stage name.

Our sunshine showed his playful and artistic interests by posting pictures in an exhibition which displays mickey mouse-look-alike. Hoseok loves cartoons!!! It’s good thing for stress-reliever for dancing 25/8…..

The leader, Kim Namjoon, went to a gallery. He’s always that sophisticated type, maybe it’s his way to search for inspiration too. He went to Coarse Life exhibition and dubbed it as ‘Heaven in LA’. I think he met with the sculptor who called him ‘deep’. My boy in his zone 😀

The last member to show their simple happiness is Jungkook who went to Arianna Grande Sweetener Concert (along with the video of him doing pull ups). He wrote in English!!!! The boy is working hard. He said that he learned a lot from Ari’s performance. I felt the difference actually from their Love Yourself tour performances compare to this recent one. I assume that the boys really want to add and try on things for their stage performances. I am looking forward to their performances! (God, please give me lots of money and patience so I can watch them again. AMEN).

Two maknae line, Jimin and Taehyung, did not actually post anything but I assume they’re taking breaks by resting or sleeping. Taehyung did post an episode of the Voice Kids Germany who sang The Truth Untold, so beautifully, I have goosebumps!

Evelyne, one of the contestant of Voice Kids Germany, sang Bangtan’s TTU, for her blind audition. (Credit to owner/YouTube).

Lights – 10th Japanese Single

Heya!

Source : twitter.

The boys will release ‘Lights’/Boy In Luv, the 10th Japanese single on July 3rd, along with new music video for the single.

The message of LIGHTS, “We connect with one another thru music, and whenever we close our eyes, we see each other’s light.” It wil most likely link to their ‘Mikrokosmos’ or not. The boys tend to make ‘detours’.

My favorite Japanese singles : Crystal Snow and Let Go. I don’t know why but the songs in Japanese have this unique and different vibes from their Korean songs. So, I am looking forward to this single too!
